1. Service Definition
TECPARTS US, LLC ("we," "us," or "Platform") provides the following Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS):

SMS & MMS: Global routing and delivery.

Voice (VoIP) & Video Communication: Number binding and real-time transcoding.

Authentication (2FA) & Notifications: API-based OTP delivery and status tracking.

Developer Tools: SDKs, REST APIs, debug consoles, and analytics dashboards.
2. Developer Obligations
2.1 Compliance Requirements

Prohibit use of the Platform for spam, fraud, or activities violating the TCPA, GDPR, or CTIA guidelines.

Developers must obtain and store proof of end-user consent (e.g., SMS opt-in records).
2.2 Content Moderation

Developers must block illegal content (e.g., gambling, hate speech).
2.3 Security Responsibilities

Developers are liable for misuse caused by leaked API keys.
3. Service Rules
3.1 API Usage Limits

Request Rate: Basic Tier (10 TPS), Enterprise (Custom).

Number Retention: Unused numbers released after 30 days.

Message Length: SMS (160 Latin chars, 70 CJK chars).
3.2 Service Changes & Termination

Major API updates: 90-day notice.

Violations: First offense (warning), repeat offenses (suspension).
4. Data & Privacy
4.1 Data Processing

Collect only necessary data (e.g., phone numbers).

Zero-Content Storage: We do not store SMS/call content.
4.2 End-User Rights

Deletion requests via developers; logs purged within 48 hours.
